Triple F Fitness Program.  This program is based on the K*I*S*S* Fitness Program.  However, it is very unstructured and informal.  It is for the person who would like to socialize and have fun and have a good workout at the same time.  Like the K*I*S*S* Fitness Program, it includes a balance of endurance, strength, and flexibility exercises.  I recommend this program for groups of people who would like to improve their physical condition and have a good time while doing it.
