The K*I*S*S* Weight Training Program
Also coming soon is another sequel to the K*I*S*S* Fitness Program called the K*I*S*S* Weight Training Program. Directed at beginners and intermediate level athletes, it will approach weight training in the same simple way that the K*I*S*S* Fitness Program approaches bodyweight exercise. The person using the program will be able to greatly improve his (or her!) strength and appearance. There will be variations in the program sufficient to keep you motivated. And, there will be enough information about advancing through the program so that you won’t get stale or reach “sticking points.” Like the fitness program, the weight training program will emphasize slow steady progress. We expect that this program will be available as a FREE eBook in late 2010.
