The K*I*S*S* Fitness Program for Seniors
This book will present a fitness program especially aimed at senior citizens. Like my other books, it will primarily deal with exercise. However, also like my other books, it will not neglect other factors ---especially diet --- that influence a person's fitness and health. As I am now a senior citizen myself, I can easily relate to the problems that elderly people experience as they try to at least maintain the level of functional fitness required to live in an unassisted independent manner --- or even try to regain a measure of the strength and vitality they enjoyed when they were younger. I have been reasonably successful in this department and feel I have useful information to pass along.
